9 𝙏𝙞𝙥𝙨 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝘽𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 ⠀ 1. Understand None Of This Works Without Consistency - All my online clients fill out metric trackers. We record macros, habits, biofeedback, etc. ⠀ Without fail, the clients that get the BEST results are the ones that are super consistent with filling out their tracker. ⠀ Why? ⠀ It gets them honed in on being crazy consistent with a few key habits we KNOW will get them the results they want. The perfect macros & program don’t work without you being crazy consistent. ⠀ 2. Walk A Lot - Your movement outside of the gym makes up a big chunk of your metabolism. Plus, nature walks reduce stress, which will help your fat loss. ⠀ 3. Follow A Training Program - Following a structured training program the emphasizes progression and the compound lifts will make a MASSIVE difference in any man or woman’s physique. ⠀ 4. Sleep - The least sexy thing ever, but HUGE for your results. Fat loss & gaining lean muscle are both MUCH harder if you’re sleeping <7 hours/night. ⠀ 5. Track Metrics - Body measurements, food intake, weight lifted, scale weight. They all tell us whether what you’re doing is work, and show us where we need to adjust. ⠀ 6. Have Fun With Your Training - You’re not going to be able to stick to a style of training you hate for years. Smart programming is key, but your program should also make you look forward to the gym most of the time (always a big focus of my programming for clients). ⠀ 7. Take Diet Breaks - It might feel like taking a step back within your diet, but intermittent diet breaks help you get to your fat loss goal in a healthier, more sustainable manner. Play the long game here. ⠀ 8. Use Flexible Dieting Techniques Occasionally - Working foods you enjoy into 10-20% of your calories makes a diet much easier to stick to, and won’t hurt your results. ⠀ 9. Learn WHY - A basic understanding of how to manipulate your body composition can be the most empowering thing in the world. This is why EDUCATION behind the WHY of everything we do is such a big focus with my clients. ⠀ Learn WHY what you’re doing is working, and you’ll ALWAYS be able to sustain the body you want.
