I enjoyed my time away, and weighed myself this morning just to see where I was at. 3kg up from last weigh in, and have a bit of work to do. I know getting back into routine and tracking will see me drop these few kg, and sticking to portion sizes, mainly whole foods and drinking water as well as sleep will all help me do just that. I am 100% back on track, so I thought I would post a days eating. Breakfast Hot Oats 5sp Lunch Vegetarian Salad which includes ~ Spinach/Rocket 30gms Avocado (2) Small packet of Bagel Bites (2) 30gms low fat feta (2) Cooked lentils Steamed pumpkin Tomato + onion + cucumber 6 Sp Snack Apple + Packet of crackers + boiled egg 2 Sp Dinner which includes ~ Teriyaki Chicken using @celebratehealth Teriyaki marinade (0sp Serve) Steamed Veg 160gm raw spud lite potato steamed & mashed (3) 2 tsp butter in the mash (2) Real Oil spray (1) 6 Sp 19 Sp day 4 Roll Overs for another day Plenty of food for me today.

Melon & Strawberry Crunch Ingredients: 1/2cup rolled oats 2 tbsp toaster almond Scant 1/4 cup plumped dried apricots 1/2 Melon 225gr strawberries 2/3cup orange juice to serve (optional) Put the rolled oats in bowl and stir in the almond and dried apricots.
